I have been privileged to wear many hats in my over twenty years working in education. I have been a teacher, administrator, curriculum designer, instructional coach, consultant, and parent. I have experienced first hand the challenges of curriculum innovations from the perspective of all of those stakeholders. I know how difficult change can be for everyone in a school community. I also know how critical dynamic learning environments are in order to prepare our students for an ever evolving world.

I work with school administrators, teachers, parents and students to compile a picture of the current arts program and consolidate their hopes and dreams for new possibilities. We then work together to craft a unified vision statement and a multi-year plan for making the vision a reality.
